To provide license management services, our application requests access to your Google Workspace environment via Google OAuth. We may collect:

• Directory Information: User lists and unique identifiers to manage license assignments.
• License Status: Data from the Enterprise License Manager API to track your current seat usage.
• Basic Profile: Your email address and name to identify your administrative account.

3. Use of Data

We use this data exclusively to:

• Add or delete Google Workspace licenses based on your commands.
• Sync domain and hosting modules within the SPCMS dashboard.
• Provide technical support for your SpixHost services.

4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

SPXCRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.
• We do not allow humans to read your data unless you provide explicit consent for troubleshooting.

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between spcms.spixhost.com and Google is encrypted via SSL/TLS. Tokens are stored using industry-standard encryption at rest.
