Terms of Service for SPXCRM

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the SPXCRM software at https://spcms.spixhost.com/, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our Google Workspace management and hosting modules.

2. License Management

SPXCRM acts as an interface for the Google Workspace Reseller and Admin APIs. You acknowledge that:

• Deleting a license via our software is permanent and may result in loss of user data within Google Workspace.
• You must be a verified administrator of the domain you are connecting.

3. User Conduct & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SPCMS login. Any actions taken through your connected Google OAuth token (e.g., deleting licenses) are your legal responsibility.

4. Disclaimers

SpixHost provides this software "as is." We are not responsible for downtime caused by Google API outages or for user errors resulting in the accidental deletion of licenses or domains.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to the SPCMS software if these terms or Google's Acceptable Use Policies are violated.
