Service Updates and Modifications

We may modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue services at any time for operational, technical, security, or legal reasons.

Account Responsibilities

Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate and updated information.

Account Security: You are responsible for your credentials and activities.

Authorized Use: Only authorized users may access your account.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use services lawfully and must not:

  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Infringe intellectual property
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Send spam or phishing emails
  • Attempt unauthorized system access
  • Disrupt services or security

Payments & Billing

Fees: Services must be paid in advance.

Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Late Payments: May result in suspension, termination, or data loss.

Refund Policy: No refunds are provided.

Third-Party Services

Services may depend on third-party providers. We are not responsible for their pricing, policies, or availability. You must comply with their terms.

Data & Backup Responsibility

Data Ownership: You retain ownership of your data.

Backups: You are responsible for maintaining backups.

Intellectual Property

Client Content: Remains your property.

Company Property: Systems and technology belong to SpixHost.

Service Suspension & Termination

  • Overdue payments
  • Violation of terms
  • Security risks
  • Legal requirements

Legal

Confidentiality: Both parties protect sensitive information.

Limitation of Liability: Liability limited to last 3 months of payments.

No Warranty: Services provided "as is".

Force Majeure: No liability for uncontrollable events.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
